A new home in Crans-Montana
For 2026, the Gourmet Ski Experience moved to Crans-Montana, high above the Rhône Valley in Switzerland.
On the first evening, Emily Roux of Caractère in London and Franck Reynaud of L’Ours in Crans-Montana, both holding one Michelin star, cooked a four-hands dinner at the five-star Hotel Pas de l’Ours. The next night brought a Chez Roux tasting dinner at the Fer à Cheval, with Emily joined in the kitchen by her father, Michel Roux Jr, the long-time chef-patron of Le Gavroche. Two days of skiing completed the weekend, including lunch at Chetzeron, one of the most spectacular mountain restaurants in the Alps.
