Tom Kerridge’s first taste of the mountains
For 2019, Tom Kerridge of the two-Michelin-starred Hand & Flowers in Marlow made his Gourmet Ski Experience debut, joining Claude Bosi of the two-Michelin-starred Bibendum in London, back for a third year in a row.
Together they cooked a weekend of mountain dining above Courmayeur, on the Italian side of Mont Blanc, pairing Tom’s generous, big-hearted cooking with Claude’s refined French style. It would be the last edition before the pandemic, and the event would not return until 2022, when Tom came back for a second time.
