Three chefs, one mountain
For 2018, three of Britain’s most celebrated chefs took over the mountain kitchens of Courmayeur. Jason Atherton of the Michelin-starred Pollen Street Social and Claude Bosi of the two-Michelin-starred Bibendum both returned for a second year, joined by Sat Bains of the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Sat Bains in Nottingham, cooking at the event for the fifth year in a row.
Across the weekend, each chef brought his own signature to the menus, from Jason’s modern British cooking to Claude’s classic French technique and Sat’s bold, inventive style, while guests spent their days skiing on the Italian side of Mont Blanc.
