The founding line-up, back for more
For its second year, the Gourmet Ski Experience’s founding line-up returned in full. Founder Heston Blumenthal of The Fat Duck, Marcus Wareing of Marcus at The Berkeley and Sat Bains of Restaurant Sat Bains, with seven Michelin stars between them, cooked across the mountain restaurants of the Aosta Valley, with days on the slopes of Courmayeur Mont Blanc in between.
It was Marcus’s last year at the event until 2027, when he returns to host the Gourmet Ski Experience in Cervinia.
