Founded by Heston Blumenthal and Momentum XP, the Gourmet Ski Experience brings Michelin-starred chefs to the Alps for a weekend of extraordinary food, fine wine and spring skiing.
It’s shared with a small group of like-minded guests and curated in every detail, with as much time on the slopes as around the table. Days are spent skiing some of the highest runs in Europe. Evenings belong to the chefs.

In April 2027, Marcus Wareing will host the Gourmet Ski Experience in Cervinia, Italy. Sitting high beneath the Matterhorn, with skiing across the border into Zermatt, Cervinia is one of the most reliable resorts in the Alps for spring snow, and the perfect setting for long, sunny days on the mountain and unforgettable dinners after dark.
A roll call of culinary legends
Over the years, the Gourmet Ski Experience has welcomed some of the greatest names in British and European cooking: Heston Blumenthal, Tom Kerridge, Paul Ainsworth, Clare Smyth MBE, Claude Bosi, Jason Atherton, Marcus Wareing, Sat Bains, Jonny Lake, Jean-Philippe Blondet and Emily Roux. Each brings their own signature to the mountains, and a menu you won’t find anywhere else.
Two unforgettable dinners
On the first evening, Marcus Wareing cooks for guests, then joins them at the table for a relaxed, candid Q&A about his life in the kitchen. On the second, a MasterChef finalist will take over, bringing a fresh perspective and a very different menu. Two chefs, two styles, one remarkable weekend.
Fine wine and Alpine views
Between the dinners, there’s time for mountain-top aperitifs, long lunches in the sun and exceptional wine pairings, all in the easy, convivial company that defines a Momentum XP weekend in the Alps.
