Skeleton & Bobsleigh Experience
with Amy Williams MBE

Join Olympic gold medallist Amy Williams MBE for an adrenaline-fuelled day on the Olympic bobsleigh and skeleton track at Igls, above Innsbruck.

Face first, at full speed

Discover the track with Amy, then take your first exhilarating full-speed run as a passenger in a four-man bobsleigh.

Next come your practice runs, before the ultimate winter sports thrill: taking on the course alone, face first, on a skeleton sled, with Amy guiding you every step of the way.

A truly unique destination

Innsbruck is the capital of the Austrian Tyrol and an internationally renowned winter sports hub with Olympic pedigree. Combining the buzz of a vibrant city with attractive historical architecture, surrounded by stunning alpine scenery, Innsbruck is a truly unique destination, with the very convenient bonus of having its own airport.

A track with Olympic heritage

The 1,270m track was built in 1975 for the following year’s Winter Olympics and was the first artificially refrigerated bobsleigh, luge and skeleton run, serving as a model for tracks around the world. Today it is a popular training centre for professional teams across all sliding disciplines. Amy trained and competed here for ten years during her athletic career, so she knows it intimately as one of the safest and easiest tracks on the skeleton circuit. She was also the coach for the celebrities who took on the track on Channel 4’s 2014 series The Jump.

Tell us about your group and when you’d like to go, and we’ll put together a Skeleton & Bobsleigh Experience with Amy Williams, on its own or as part of a ski trip.
